Where We Ship

LightDecorHub is an online store serving customers worldwide. We aim to ship to destinations around the world, subject to product availability, carrier serviceability, applicable laws and any restrictions shown during checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. For destinations in all other countries, the standard shipping charge is a US$10 flat rate per order. The applicable shipping rate and order total are shown at checkout before you submit payment. If a product-specific offer or checkout message states a different rate, review those terms before ordering.

Shipping charges do not include import duties, customs charges or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Order Processing and Dispatch

After an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it enters processing. Our published delivery estimate uses a 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) order cut-off. Handling time is 1–3 days, with fulfillment Monday–Saturday. Transit time is 5 days, with shipments moving Monday–Saturday. The total estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days. Actual delivery may vary because of destination, carrier operations, public holidays, customs and local delivery conditions. A confirmation email does not necessarily mean the parcel has already been dispatched. We provide tracking details when they become available.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking

Our standard estimated total delivery time is 6–8 business days, based on 1–3 days of handling and 5 days of transit, with handling and shipping scheduled Monday–Saturday and a 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) order cut-off. Any delivery estimate displayed on a product page, at checkout or in an order message is an estimate unless explicitly identified as guaranteed. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by local authorities or carriers. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping rate and may be payable by the recipient. Customs processing can also extend delivery time. Customers are responsible for checking the import rules that apply in their country.

Address Changes, Delays and Delivery Problems

Please check your full delivery address, postal code and contact details before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once an order is being processed or has been dispatched. Weather, public holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions and events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. If an order appears lost, arrives damaged or has an unusual tracking status, email info@lightdecorhub.com with your order number and available tracking information.
