These terms explain the rules for using LightDecorHub and placing an order through our online store.

1. About LightDecorHub

LightDecorHub is an online store focused on decorative and practical lighting and selected home décor. We operate online and do not provide a customer-facing retail showroom. Customer enquiries can be sent to info@lightdecorhub.com.

2. Website Use

You may use the website for lawful browsing, shopping and communication. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, submit fraudulent information or use the website in a way that harms other users or the service.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Always review the individual product page for dimensions, materials, electrical details, included components, installation requirements and other specifications. Availability may change and a listing is not a guarantee that an item will remain in stock indefinitely.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order can proceed to fulfillment after payment authorization and applicable checks. We may contact you if order information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, a product becomes unavailable or a fulfillment issue arises. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the next steps and handle any payment or refund due according to applicable law.

5. Prices, Currency and Promotions

The product price, currency, shipping charge and order total shown during checkout are the amounts to review before confirming payment. Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Promotional offers may have specific eligibility rules or dates that should be displayed with the offer. If an obvious pricing or listing error is discovered, we will take reasonable steps to contact affected customers and resolve the issue lawfully.

6. Shipping and Customs

Standard shipping is free to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. For all other countries, the standard shipping rate is US$10 per order. The standard estimated total delivery time is 6–8 business days, based on 1–3 days of handling and 5 days of transit, with handling and shipping scheduled Monday–Saturday and a 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) order cut-off. Delivery is subject to destination serviceability and the options shown at checkout. 7. Payment

Payment must be authorized through a payment method made available at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks or currency-conversion fees. Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords or one-time passcodes to us by email or social media.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and mandatory consumer law. Contact us before sending a return and follow the instructions provided for your order.

9. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, layout and other content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the rights holder, except where the law allows.

We work to keep the website accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
